Lovers of our wines and aesthetic are invited to visit the beautifully renovated, more than 450-years-old manor house on the Jarenina estate. Jarenina manor, an exceptional jewel of Dveri-Pax wine cellar, is rich in history, and was renovated for the express purpose of offering wines for sale and for tasting, and for the pampering of the numerous guests visiting the Estate.
A beautiful interior, a cultivated environment and a professional kitchen that can prepare the most challenging culinary specialties, makes the Manor an excellent place to celebrate the most important moments in the lives of our guests. The grand hall has wonderful acoustics, and is suitable for the most demanding musical performances, while the enchanting surroundings are perfect for short trips and outdoor events.

In the restaurant at the Jarenina Mansion chef Gregor Šagi is awaiting you and getting ready to amaze you with his incredible cuisine, inspired by the cooking of our grandmothers, but is also intertwined with unusual flavour combinations and a modern approach. He likes to use locally produced ingredients with vegetables and fruit grown in a mansions garden that the seasons provide, but he “seasons” them with little secrets from the meadows and the woods.
His synonym for good food is: locally grown, fresh and made in a natural way but fancy at the same time. “I want to show my guests from close up and from afar that even in our region we can cook delicious meals from our garden and our “stables” that we also introduce to you through our plates. I would also like to encourage our local farmers to let them know that we need them and that they should continue their great work. Of course the time I spend with the spatula doesn’t end in the kitchen but it ends with the customers happy faces when they try the flavours from my plates along with the flavours from the wine glass that we also have plenty of!”
