Nature is generous, rewarding us with vegetables from our garden along with fruits and mushrooms from a nearby forest, helping us prepare exceptional meal. This time the flavors of nature impressed our chef, so he decided to prepare a veal in combination with ravioli of mushrooms from the nearby forest, adding the fried potatoes from the home garden, rosemary and fermented radish with a pinch of powdered onion. The final image of the plate is rounded by domestic flowers.

Its color is gentle, ruby red with shades of granate. The mid-pronounced nose reveals the inviting and delicate varieties of the pinot noir and a fine tempting and youthful bouquet, in which the notes of mature fresh red fruits, fine smoky notes and ripe berries intertwine. Dry as a razor, but juicy, with plenty of mature acids, a middle body and excellent tannin grip, recalls an unmistakable elegance reminiscent of excellent Burgundy pinots noir from good warmer years.
