We grow our grapes in a nature-friendly manner. We pick the grapes by hand, gently separate them from the stalks, and then successfully combine our knowledge, experience and tradition with the most modern technology in wine production. The results of the maturation process are wines distinguished by a beautiful harmony of freshness, soft fruity taste and the quality of each variety. The most important feature of all our wines, however, is their exceptional drinkability. Through knowledge, dedication and innovation, as well as following the goals we have set in developing our brand, we intend to become the leading producer of wine in Slovenia, while building the reputation of our brand abroad.

Our wine is produced at the former Jarenina Castle, where the company also has its headquarters. In May 2007 we completed the renovation of the 200-year-old building and in June 2007 opened the doors to one of the most modern wine cellars in Slovenia. The cellar offers a storage capacity of 300 thousand litres of wine, 50 thousand of which are stored in oak barrels.

Next to the cellar there is Jarenina Manor, a former monastery wine cellar which now offers a comfortable surrounding for our wine-tasting events for our numerous guests. Wines were produced in the castle cellar of Jarenina Manor by the Benedictines as early as 1139. The wine cellar is also the oldest part of the castle, for the part of the castle complex above ground has been expanded and renovated several times throughout its history.

Lovers of our wine can also visit the Iron Gate vineyard manor house, built in the second half of the 15th century, where we have set up a wine shop, and the arch–shaped castle cellar. The Iron Gate manor house is situated on the Jeruzalem Wine Road and offers a wonderful view of the Jeruzalem Hills from the large castle courtyard.
